In the second part of IELTS Speaking test of both Academic and General, you will be given a topic and exactly 1 minute to prepare yourself to talk about it for approximately 2 minutes. The paper on which the question is given to you is called ‘Cue-Card’. The instructions to guide your talk are written on the Cue-Card given to you by the examiner.
