Welcome to Course

Congratulations! You are enrolled in our IELTS Reading Academic and General .

To score high band in Reading section of IELTS you need to have a range of skills and all these key skills will be taught to you in this course.

Every candidate wants to score 8 Bands in Reading section, but very few take the wiser and harder approach of ‘Learning by Doing’. Practice improves your ability to quickly identify the answers in a Reading test. This is exactly what we will do in this course. You will ‘learn by doing’.

This course is divided into many lessons and each lesson is followed by one or multiple quizzes. It is important that you complete each and every quiz that is presented to you during this course. If you are well-versed at certain skills, then, of course you are free to skip those sections. But we would still recommend you to do it anyway.

The skills that you need to solve IELTS Reading Questions are exactly the same for Academic and General IELTS. In addition, the types of questions asked are also very similar between IELTS Academic and General. The difference is in the number and content of reading passages. Therefore, the lessons in this course for teaching you the reading skills are same for Academic and General training modules. However, we have separate practice questions (or Quizzes) for General and Academic IELTS which are duly marked. So, if you are preparing for IELTS academic, then skip though IELTS General practice questions and vice versa.

In total, there are 12 IELTS Reading questions (with solutions) of different types for each IELTS Academic and General. By doing these questions you will practice all the skills that are taught in this course. More importantly, you will get familiar with all the different types of questions asked in IELTS Reading test.

At the end of this course, there are 4 complete IELTS Reading tests (with solutions) for each IELTS Academic and General. Please do not start those tests until you have completed all the lessons and practice questions.
